CASPER, Wyo. (Wyoming News Now) - "It's a lot of work. The guys know a lot about a lot of different cars, every kind of car that's out there and it's an art, they're artists to make your car back to the way it was," said Prazma Paint & Auto Body secretary, Nicole Moore.
The minute the car comes in, it's torn apart to assess current and possibly hidden damages. Moore said it's important to get the car back to pre-accident condition.
As the body pieces are put back together and the body work is done, it goes up to the paint room and is refinished. It then goes right back downstairs to be reassembled. The Prazma staff takes a lot of pride in making sure everything is done right, the first time.
"It's nice to be able to go downstairs and talk to the guys and they'll say hey, what do you need me to do here, how far do you need me to go, and it might be something that's not even on the bid and I'm like go ahead and fix that. I'll go ahead and paint it and the customer will be a little bit more happy because we went a little bit extra," said Prazma Paint & Auto Body head painter, Bob Garner.
Garner said the work they do is very important and nobody wants to get their car back and not like how it looks.
