Four of IMPACT Wrestling’s top teams clashed at IMPACT Hard To Kill.
At the pay-per-view on January 13, the Motor City Machine Guns defended the IMPACT World Tag Team Championship against the Major Players (Matt Cardona & Brian Myers), Heath & Rhino, and Ace Austin & Chris Bey. Heath and Rhino were aiming to regain the titles after the Motor City Machine Guns previously dethroned them.
