CanTex Tika Capital purchased a 162,685 square-foot industrial building at West Kingsley and Oakland Ave. in Garland. James Mantzuranis and Adam Jones with Stream Realty Partners brokered the sale with Hal Penchan and Matt Troutt with Altschuler and Co.

Rymill Investments has purchased a 4.2-acre property at the northwest corner of Preston Road and Bush Turnpike that was formerly used by Toyota of Plano. JEG Realty Ltd. sold the property. Larry Robbins of Capstone Commercial brokered the sale.

Rymill Investments sold a 30,000 square-foot warehouse at 10550 Plano road to a local investor. Larry Robbins of Capstone Commercial brokered the sale with Cole Sawyer of Sawyer Realty.

CCSC Partners LLC purchased a 17,311 square foot shopping center located at 1071 Country Club Drive in Mansfield. Troy Morgan of Structure Commercial negotiated the sale.

Platinum Mechanical purchased a 15,720 square-foot industrial building at 2625 Zelrich Ln. in Dallas. Ryan Wolcott, Adam Jones and Todd Poticny with Stream Realty Partners brokered the sale with Keenan Cook with Mercer Co.

Mosher Properties L.P. purchased a 38,800 square foot industrial building at 2100 Century Circle in Irving. Jason Moser with Stream Realty Partners brokered the sale with Jerry Reis with Property Advisors.

Productiv Inc. leased 100,000 square feet of industrial space at Patriot Drive II on Patriot Drive in Coppell. Jeremy Kelly, Sarah Ozanne and Ryan Boozer with Stream Realty Partners negotiated the lease

WWG Inc. leased 46,251 square feet of commercial space at 8101 Tristar Drive in Dallas. Canon Shoults and Maddy Canty of Holt Lunsford Commercial negotiated the lease with John Lee of Ready Real Estate.

Condumex Inc. has leased 36,742 square feet of industrial space located at 900 Avenue S in Grand Prairie. Michael Stanzel with NAI Robert Lynn negotiated the lease with Robert Allen with First Industrial.

MB Crown Trade Inc. leased 25,806 square feet of commercial space at 918 113th Street in Arlington. Canon Shoults and Maddy Canty of Holt Lunsford Commercial negotiated the lease with Aiman Alyatim of Bian Realty.

Claudia Elaine LLC leased 24,178 square feet of industrial space at 8724 N. Royal Lane in Irving. Andrew Gilbert and Keaton Brice of Holt Lunsford Commercial negotiated the lease with Yooni Chung of New Ark Realty Estate.

Top Line Partners LP signed a new lease for 20,107 square feet at 7348-54 Tower St. in Richland Hills. Transwestern’s Brent Landfried handled the transaction.

Allied Gaming North America leased 11,250 square feet of industrial space at Eastpoint Business Center 2 at 8311 Eastpoint Drive in Dallas. Drew Feagin, Ryan Wolcott and Adam Jones with Stream Realty Partners negotiated the lease.

Nadeau Corp. leased 9,000 square feet of commercial space at 1305 Inwood Road in Dallas. Canon Shoults, Maddy Canty and Harrison Putt of Holt Lunsford Commercial negotiated the lease.

99 Management leased 8,718 square feet of office space at 9330 LBJ Freeway in Dallas. Eric Deuillet of Structure Commercial negotiated the lease with Lauren Halstedt of JLL.

After Hours Dentistry leased 4,747 square feet of retail space in Luna Crossing at 3933-3937 N. Central Expressway in Plano. The Retail Connection’s David Levinson and Paul Cooke III negotiated the lease with Steven Jensen with RCA Global Partners.

Sinai Urgent Care Holdings LLC signed a new lease for 4,375 square feet at 7515 Greenville Ave in Dallas. Transwestern’s Chris Lipscomb and Cohen Howard negotiated the lease with Josh Mann of NAI Robert Lynn.

Sway Dance Studio leased 4,000 square feet of retail space at 401 W. President George Bush Freeway in Richardson. Jeremy Cummings and Eric Deuillet of Structure Commercial negotiated the lease.

Creator Age Inc., a technology development company, leased 2,958 square feet in Arlington Downs Tower at 2225 E. Randol Mill Rd in Arlington. Sheryl Pickens of PickensRidnour LP negotiated the lease with Bradford Commercial Real Estate’s Richmond Collinsworth and Erik Blais.
