HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - The trial of alleged crime boss Mike Miske continued Tuesday with focus on Miske’s presence in the auto sales industry — and the assault of a dealership owner.
Miske operated a side business selling cars acquired from Honolulu auctions.
And on day 46 of the federal trial, the owner of a Kalihi dealership told the jury of an incident that took place shortly after outbidding Miske on a vehicle.

Majid Modaresi says in January 2016, he was attacked by an unknown assailant at his Hart Street business — a beating that left him unconscious and dealing with long-term memory loss.
In cross examination, he said he does not know who attacked him because the person was masked, but suspects Miske was behind the assault.
Miske was also previously accused of having his associates assault another car dealer who he met at the auction.
