JACKSON, Tenn. — Several WBBJ 7 Eyewitness News Tipsters have reached out to us this month regarding auto burglaries in the Hub City.
On Wednesday, Crime Stoppers shared information regarding a report of an auto burglary in the area of Sandbourne and Double Creek Cove on April 1.
Crime Stoppers says that a backpack with a Macbook, an Apple iPad Pro, and two sets of Apple Air pods were stolen from a vehicle. They shared stills from video captured by neighboring homes of a suspect pulling on door handles attempting to get into vehicles.
Back on April 10, Crime Stoppers also shared video and images of a suspect allegedly attempting car burglaries in the area of Henderson Road.

According to the Jackson Police Department’s Police to Citizen site, at least nine incidents of theft from a motor vehicle have been reported in the city within the last week.
Some common practices to prevent theft from a motor vehicle include keeping your vehicle locked, keeping valuables out of your car or out of sight, and parking in well-lit areas when possible.
